How IronGate handles the information entrusted to us.

This Privacy Policy explains how IronGate Property Collective (“IronGate,” “we,” or “us”) handles personal information when you visit irongatepc.com, ask about our property care and maintenance services, use the IronGate owner portal, or otherwise interact with us.

What we collect

The information we collect depends on how you interact with us and may include:

  • Contact and lead information: your name, email address, phone number, property details or address, and the message you submit through a contact or lead form.
  • Owner-portal account information: information used to create and authenticate your account through Google Firebase Authentication, including magic-link email login.
  • Payment and billing information: billing and transaction details processed by Stripe. IronGate does not store full payment-card numbers.
  • Accounting and invoicing information: information processed through Intuit QuickBooks Online.
  • Communications information: transactional emails delivered through Postmark and the contents of messages you send to us.
  • Vendor and contractor coordination information: information needed to send and manage offers or other service-related communications to vendor email addresses.
  • Technical information: standard server logs and cookies or similar data used for authentication and session purposes.

How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and evaluate service requests.
  • Provide and coordinate property care and maintenance services.
  • Create, authenticate, secure, and support owner-portal accounts.
  • Process payments, billing, accounting, and invoicing.
  • Deliver transactional and service-related communications.
  • Coordinate work with vendors and contractors.
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve our site and services.
  • Meet applicable legal, accounting, and operational obligations.

IronGate does not sell personal information. We share information with service providers only as needed to provide and support our services or meet applicable obligations. We may share or sell aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

Processors and service providers

We rely on third parties to operate parts of our business. These providers process information for the functions described below:

  • Google Cloud Platform and Firebase for hosting and authentication.
  • Stripe for payment processing.
  • Intuit QuickBooks Online for accounting and invoicing.
  • Postmark for transactional email delivery.
  • Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager for website usage analytics.
  • Cloudflare for DNS, content delivery, and security.

Cookies and authentication sessions

We use cookies and related technologies to authenticate users, maintain secure sessions, operate the site and owner portal, and understand how visitors use the site. We use analytics cookies (Google Analytics, delivered through Google Tag Manager) to measure and understand site usage; our analytics are configured for measurement, not advertising personalization. You can control these technologies through your browser settings.

Your browser may allow you to block or remove cookies, but doing so may prevent authentication or other parts of the services from working correctly.

Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably needed to provide our services, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Retention may vary based on the type of information and why it was collected.

How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

State privacy rights

Depending on your state of residence, including Texas, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you or to appeal a denied privacy request. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and some information may be retained where permitted or required by law.

California residents may have additional rights concerning their personal information, including rights to know about, access, correct, or request deletion of certain information. IronGate does not sell personal information. Contact us using the email above to exercise applicable rights.

Children's privacy

Our site and services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services or practices change. When we do, we will post the revised policy on this page and update its effective date. For material changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice before they take effect, such as by emailing owner-portal account holders or posting a prominent notice on the site. Your continued use of the site, owner portal, or services after that notice and the revised policy take effect is subject to the revised policy.
