Matthew Bars is the Founder of Iron Gate Property Collective and a seasoned executive with more than two decades of leadership experience spanning operations, real estate, hospitality, technology, and strategic partnerships. Throughout his career, he has led transformational initiatives for global brands, built high-performing teams, and developed innovative solutions that simplify complexity and deliver lasting value.
Prior to founding Iron Gate, Matthew held executive leadership roles with ARAMARK, Restaurant Brands International, Ampler Burgers, and Atmosphere TV, where he led large-scale operational transformations across product, technology, field operations, and business growth initiatives.
Raised working on his family's ranch in South Texas, Matthew's leadership philosophy was shaped long before his executive career began. The values of hard work, accountability, craftsmanship, and service remain central to everything he builds today.
